I photograph weddings across Lincolnshire, from intimate village celebrations to larger country house weddings and relaxed outdoor ceremonies. The county’s mix of open landscapes, historic buildings, and quieter locations lends itself beautifully to a classic documentary approach. I work calmly and unobtrusively, adapting to each setting rather than imposing a fixed style. My aim is always the same – photographs that feel true to the place and the people in them.

About Me

The first good photograph I took was of Bob Dylan. It was with a simple 35mm film camera at a music festival many years ago. The picture was just a snapshot, but it captured the spirit of the day – which is what it’s all about.

I spent many years photographing concerts and musicians for a newspaper. All through this time, I was learning how to use a camera and how to photograph people, and it was a wonderful way to learn.

Today I’m a wedding photographer and videographer and could not be happier. It would be a pleasure to join you on your wedding adventure and to document your celebrations.

I also offer wedding photography and videography together, with two simple ways to approach film. I can personally create a short highlight film alongside your photography, set to music and focused on atmosphere and the feeling of the day.

For more comprehensive coverage (including full ceremony and speeches) I work with a trusted colleague to capture a fuller wedding film while also providing complete photography coverage. In both cases, the aim is the same – calm, unobtrusive coverage that fits naturally into the day.
