Thanks for finding my gallery of couple photoshoots in Málaga. When I photograph couples here, I like to have a few special places in mind while still leaving time for spontaneity. You can see my style for yourself in these photos, but I would describe it as relaxed editorial.

FAQ

How long is a Málaga couples photoshoot?
I usually suggest at least 90 minutes. If there are several locations you’d like to visit, or if you’d prefer to take things a little slower, we can make it a few hours.

Where do the photoshoots take place?
Málaga has so many beautiful locations. We might explore the streets of the historic centre, the gardens around the city, or head up to Gibralfaro for the views.

We’re not used to being photographed – will it feel awkward?
I often work with couples who feel a little unsure about being photographed at first. My approach is relaxed and understated, and I prefer natural moments rather than lots of posed direction.

What should we wear?
My advice is to dress in a way that feels stylish, but still comfortable. Simple colours and light, natural fabrics tend to work beautifully in the Málaga light.

What if it rains?
If it looks like rain for most of the day, I’m happy to reschedule.

How and when will we receive the photos?
I deliver all of the photos digitally, with both colour and black and white versions of each image. Delivery is currently taking about a week, although I’ll share some previews more quickly.

About Me

The first good photograph I took was of Bob Dylan. It was with a simple 35mm film camera at a music festival many years ago. The picture was just a snapshot, but it captured the spirit of the day – which is what it’s all about.

I spent many years photographing concerts and musicians for a newspaper. All through this time, I was learning how to use a camera and how to photograph people, and it was a wonderful way to learn.

Today I’m a wedding photographer and videographer and could not be happier. It would be a pleasure to join you on your wedding adventure and to document your celebrations.
